Karyn Gardner
BSc (Hons), MAusIMM
Karyn brings more than 20 years of experience across Australia’s mining industry, including Newcrest Mining, Evolution Mining and Mineral Resources.
She has developed and led strategic geometallurgical programs for major gold, copper, lithium and iron ore operations, bringing geology, mineralogy, metallurgy and operational data together to improve mine planning and processing performance.
Her experience spans resource estimation, orebody knowledge, testwork design, predictive modelling and technology implementation. She has led multidisciplinary teams and combines geological understanding with machine learning and modern analytical technologies.
